– Access the GeM portal at [https://gem.gov.in/.
#### 4. **Navigate to Seller Registration:**
– On the GeM portal, navigate to the “Seller” section and select the “Register Now” option.
#### 5. **Choose Seller Type:**
– Select the appropriate seller type based on whether you are an individual, micro-enterprise, small enterprise, medium enterprise, or large enterprise.
#### 6. **Provide Business Details:**
– Fill in the required details about the business, including the legal name, address, contact information, and type of business.
#### 7. **Upload Documents:**
– Upload the necessary documents, such as PAN card, GST certificate, bank details, and other relevant documents.
#### 8. **Verify PAN and Aadhaar:**
– The PAN and Aadhaar of the authorized signatory may be verified during the registration process.
#### 9. **Submit and Generate OTP:**
– After filling in the details, submit the registration form and generate an OTP (One-Time Password) for verification.
#### 10. **OTP Verification:**
– Verify the OTP sent to the registered mobile number and email address.
#### 11. **Approval and Activation:**
– Once the documents are verified, GeM authorities will review the registration. Upon approval, the GeM account will be activated.

– Log in to the GeM portal using the provided credentials and access the seller dashboard.

– **GeM Vendor Code:** Upon successful registration, a unique GeM Vendor Code is assigned to the seller.
– **Product and Service Listings:** Sellers can list their products and services on the GeM portal for government buyers to view and purchase.
– **Participation in Bids:** Sellers can participate in GeM bids and tenders as per their business capabilities.
– **Performance Rating:** Sellers may receive performance ratings based on their transactions and interactions on the GeM platform.
